  Friendly but very unfair when it went wrong.
  Delivered, took old cooker away and fitted new to us cooker. £10 extra to advertised price. "To cover getting it up the stairs and workman's lunch" !!
  On closer inspection, the cooker was not level, one of the feet were missing and one of the rings not working.
  They came and took it away, refunding price of cooker but refusing to give the £10 back.
  Would not recommend.
